Why should I schedule an appointment for test drive?
If you’re looking to test drive a specific vehicle, we recommend making an appointment so your Sales Consultant can have the exact make and model you want available. 

Why do we not negotiate?
We believe that negotiation is time and energy consuming process that no one benefits from. As a commitment to this idea – our prices are the lowest in the industry. Without the “old-fashioned tradition” we are able to provide first-class experience for our customers.

Do we deliver cars?
Yes, at the rate of $1.75 per mile or a minimum of $299. For out of state buyers please call.

Is it possible to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic?
Any vehicle can be inspected by anyone on the lot. Any vehicle can be inspected by any certified mechanic located within 10 miles from us. Customers must arrange vehicle inspection appointment directly with a service provider at least a day before the time of inspection. We would deliver any vehicle to the inspection facility and pick it up after the inspection is performed. Customers are required to pay any inspection charges posted by third party shops. It is absolutely prohibited to remove any parts off the vehicle during the inspection. Vehicles must be returned on the same business day during our normal business hours.

Do we inspect our vehicles?
We inspect brakes, lights, tires, suspension, structural integrity, and other safety related items to ensure the vehicle meets all California safety requirements. All vehicles are sold “As-Is”. We allow customers to use their mechanic of choice to inspect any vehicle. Unwanted vehicles can be returned within 5 days or up to 500 miles, whichever occurs first, with Contract Cancellation option elected during purchase of the vehicle. *Additional conditions apply, please contact us to request a copy of Contract Cancellation form.

Do we work with Credit Unions?
Yes, we work with all Credit Unions.

Why do we sell cars "As-Is"?
All cars are sold as-is in order to provide low prices, in fact $3000 lower than competition on average. Many cars still have factory warranty. Third party warranty can be purchased and financed. All cars can be returned within 5 days or 500 miles with Contract Cancellation option.

What warranty do we offer?
We offer different service plans, starting from basic powertrain plan. Our service plan prices are very low, some of the lowest in the industry.

Is it possible to qualify for a loan before visiting a dealership?
Yes, please go to FINANCING page to submit a financing application online. We will get back with results shortly.

What is return policy?
All sales are final. With the Contract Cancellation option cars can be returned in 5 days or up to 500 miles, whichever occurs first.

How to hold any vehicle with holding deposit?
It takes a minimum of $500 to put a hold on a vehicle for 7 calendar days. We strongly recommend to consider vehicle hold payments only after the prospective buyer has inspected the vehicle of interest in person or by trusted independent certified mechanic.

What is GAP coverage?
Guaranteed Asset Protection ( GAP ) can help cover you if your car is totaled or stolen by paying the difference between its value and the balance still owed.

How much car can I afford?
A lot of factors come into your car budget, like rent/mortgage, bills, groceries, savings and other household expenses. Visit our Car Payment Calculator to help you estimate your monthly car payments and make an informed decision about how much car you can afford.  

How do I purchase an Out-Of-State?
To begin the remote buying process, we charge a deposit amount of $500. This amount goes towards the purchase price of the vehicle and can be paid with a credit/debit card. A copy of a government-issued ID is required; this can either be mailed or sent via email.
Next, we will mail all physical paperwork to the buyer including a return envelope. Once we receive the signed paperwork and the full payment, we will start the vehicle shipment process.
